central location makes everything accessible
great location perfect air conditioning thoughtful gifts
the location was amazing and near bars and restaurants. the air conditioning worked perfectly. the gifts of water bottles were thoughtful.
the staircase was super narrow without an elevator.

the staff was friendly and super accommodating. they stored my luggage when i arrived early. they also got my room ready before check-in time so i could shower before lunch. AMAZING!!!

Modern Hotel in Prime Location
modern room convenient location
I found the room modern and cozy. Its balcony provided a great view for morning coffee. The hotel location is nestled conveniently between the city center, the train station, and the beach. It is an ideal base for exploring the city. The staff was super friendly, accommodating and cute, even storing our luggage when we arrived early.
I thought the space between the toilet, the sink, and the shower was small. I did not get super hot water when showering. the pillows felt hard, and I saw old dirt in the shower walls

The room included a comfortable double bed. It had adequate space to move around. I noticed the TV, a mini fridge, and AC worked perfectly. The bathroom was adequate, I appreciated the plugs, and very neat place!

This hotel is near the train station and the beach! I enjoyed walking five minutes to the beach from the hotel, it's great, though I did not explore much around the station. The rooftop solarium has a plunge pool.

I was grateful for my room. It featured a double bed and a functional fridge. I noticed immediately how central the location was. Everything felt accessible. I found the staff were really nice too provide a warm welcome and helpful assistance. This level of service.
Sound isolation between rooms was not perfect, so I could hear some noise from neighboring guests.

Although I did not order room service, the hotel offers a breakfast service with locally sourced ingredients. It smelled AMAZING!!! The breakfast area included both indoor and outdoor seating options.

The reception desk was staffed 24/7, providing continuous support. I am really grateful for this! Staff members offered assistance with luggage storage after checkout, which I really appreciated. They also offered recommendations for local restaurants.

Acceptable stay, some issues
good location perfect air conditioning great room cleaning leaking shower door poor door seal unkept pool area
the location was pretty good. it was close to many shops and restaurants. the air conditioning worked perfectly. the room was cleaned very well.
the shower door leaked water. water went all over the floor. the door and seal dont close properly, i noticed the pool area wasnt looked after. the sun loungers were soaked after some rain.

I had a double room balcony. the air conditioning was excellent. It maintained a consistent cool temperature. the digital safe in the room operated without issues.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear some noise from the corridor.
